POLICIES

RESERVATION GUARANTEE + PAYMENTS

Payment Forms Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash. All payments are due in U.S. funds only. We do not accept personal checks.

A maximum of two (2) persons is allowed per room, excluding Family, Quad and Octo Rooms. Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum stay restrictions may apply.

For non-advance purchase reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Please note that upon arrival you will be asked to provide government-issued ID and a valid credit card for payment (including miscellaneous and incidental charges). An incidental authorization of $200 per room per stay plus the full amount of room and tax will be processed on the day of arrival.

For advance purchase reservations: Advance purchase reservations are non-refundable. A deposit payment for the full amount of room and tax will be charged to your provided credit card within 24 hours of booking. Please note that upon arrival you will be asked to provide government-issued ID and a valid credit card for incidental charges. An authorization of $200 per room per stay will be processed on the day of arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For non-advance purchase reservations: The Asbury must be notified of any cancellation, regardless of reason, by 4:00pm EST, 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes. There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. Failure to arrival for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no show fee equal to the entire stay.

For advance purchase reservations: As advance purchase reservations are booked with a non-refundable and non-cancellable rate, any cancellation will result in a forfeiture of deposit and will incur a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay. There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. Failure to arrival for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no show fee equal to the entire stay.

 

ARRIVALS + DEPARTURES

CHECK IN: Check in is available as soon as your room is ready. Please notify us of your expected arrival time in advance and we will make every effort to have your room available for you upon arrival.

CHECK OUT:  Check out time for all guests and vehicles is 11:00am.

 

PARKING

Parking is available in our on-site lot for a nominal fee. The Asbury assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to your vehicle on our premises.

 

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in any guestrooms at The Asbury. For the safety of yourself and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the hotel. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a guestroom will face a $250 cleaning fee.

 

PETS

Pets are part of the family! The Asbury offers specific pet-friendly rooms upon request to accommodate you and up to two (2) of your four-legged friends. In fact, we love our furry family members so much that we’ll donate portion of the cleaning fee ($75 per stay) to our local shelter (Rescue Ridge) to help the Jersey Shore’s homeless pets find a forever home.
