You must be 21+ to check in to the hotel. At the time of arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID and credit card.

We authorize a temporary hold of $250 per room per night, to every guest card at check-in to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay outside of room and tax. The incidental authorization allows guests to post charges from our outlets to their rooms and will be released upon departure. Kindly note the release can take an average of 3-10 business days. Credit Cards are preferred, Debit cards take longer to release the authorization.

a. It depends when you’re staying with us. If your arrival date is between May 1^st  and October 15^th, your reservation can be cancelled without penalty 7 days prior to arrival. Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival results in a 50% charge.

b. If your arrival date is between October 15^th and April 30^th, your reservation can be cancelled without penalty 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to arrival results in a 50% charge.

This is a non-smoking property. Any guest room in violation of this policy will be charged a $500 fee.

Yes. ADA accessible rooms can be specifically booked otherwise they are not guaranteed. 

a. Dogs are welcome with a one-time fee of $100, this fee covers 2 dogs for the length of stay, and half of this cost will be donated to Rescue Ridge.

b. All 110 rooms are pet friendly, along with our lobby and pool. However, we do not allow dogs to swim in our pool. In addition, we ask pets to remain off our lobby & pool furniture, as our guests have different comfort levels and sensitivity. Also, please note that dogs are not allowed on the rooftop, Baronet, or Salvation.

c. Feel like taking your dog to the beach? Asbury Park has a dog beach on 8^th Ave. From May 16 to September 15, the beach can be accessed from 6:00 PM to 8:30 AM

d. If want to take your pup out on the town check out Yappy Hour at the Wonder Bar! Check out the schedule below:

• Thursday & Friday 4-7 PM

a. Yes, our outdoor pool is open year-round and is heated up to 95 degrees during the winter months, and 80 degrees during the summer. There is also a poolside bar, and a food truck open during the summer months.

b. Please note depending on hotel programming and activations pool access and hours are subject to change.

The beach is only one block away. Beach badges are needed to access the beach, they can be purchased on the boardwalk or through the Viply app.

a. During the summer, please check out the Baronet movie schedule, you may find a movie for the entire family to enjoy!

b. On the boardwalk and in town, Asbury Park has great offerings for families – Silverball Retro Arcade, AP Splash Park, Asbury Eighteen Mini Golf, Hot Sand Glass blowing, AP Swan Pedal Boats.

We offer valet parking on property. The fee is $50 per car per night between 5/15 – 10/15 and $25 per car per night between 10/16 – 5/14.

Room service is provided from 7AM until 3PM. Place your order by calling the Front Desk. We are also happy to deliver food from The Counter Café!

Yes! Here’s what we have:

a. The Counter Café located in the lobby is open 24/7. Please note the kitchen typically closes at 3PM, but you can still grab snacks and drinks from the Grab & Go at any time of the day or night.

b. Our contemporary-cool Asbury hotel rooftop cantina, Salvation, buzzes nightly with the setlists of renowned DJs and good conversation.

c. The Diner located in Asbury Lanes is open 7 days a week from 8AM – 11PM

d. The seasonal food truck by the pool, available to hotel guests only is open from 11AM – 7PM 

a. Of course, we do! Soundbooth our lobby bar and Asbury Lanes which is our bowling alley, offer delicious craft cocktails all year long! Just an FYI you can be any age to enter Asbury Lanes but 21+ to drink.

c. If you’re here during the summertime, you must check out Salvation Rooftop Bar! The views are incredible, and the drinks are divine. Please note Salvation Rooftop is 21+.
