By Car
Hop on the Garden State Parkway North and take Route 3 West. MetLife is clearly marked with signage and has plenty of parking. Reserve your parking in advance for game days, it’s worth it.

The Asbury Park Station is just minutes away. Catch an NJ Transit train heading north to Secaucus Junction, where event-day shuttles or special trains will take you straight to the stadium.

Take NJ-18 South to I-195 West, then I-295 South toward Philly. Cross the Walt Whitman Bridge and follow signs to Lincoln Financial Field. On-site parking is available, but booking ahead is your best bet on game days.
Train + Stadium Shuttle
From Asbury Park Station, ride NJ Transit to the Trenton Transit Center. Then hop on SEPTA’s Regional Rail into Center City and transfer to the Broad Street Line southbound. Hop off at NRG Station — steps from the action.
